Men, what is the key ingredient to changing yoru habits? Your Decisions!

Bad habits and making decisions that you know are not in your best interest and don’t make the decisions that you know are in your best interest is chasm one most cross in order to establish more consistent habits. 

We don’t want what we pursue…we want the feeling & emotion of what we pursue gives us!  Examples of this are :

  • we don’t want success…we want the emotion of accomplishment
  • We don’t want the relationship…we want how she can make me feel validated
  • We don’t want to get fit, we want the feeling of being value.

When we get our Hunger In Check, our HABITS WILL CHANGE.
